HOW TO BUY
Normally a deposit of 20% should accompany signature on the Lease Agreement
and Agreement on Use of Land. The remainder is paid one to two months
later and the lease is registered at the Land Office. Longer payment terms
may be negotiated. Payment is by wire tranfer of any major foreign currency
into our bank accounts (accounts shown below).
INFORMATION NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR LEASE
Full names of people to appear on the lease. Try to limit
to two, although three is possible.
Names of father and mother of each person, even if they are deceased
Photo-copy of passports (identification pages) with your real signature
on the bottom of the photo-copy If you are overseas, please fax a copy
of the passport first and send the signed photo-copy to us along with
other documents we will send for your signature.
Address to appear on Power of Attorney. This gets complicated. The process
is much simpler if you can put a Thai address as your address on the Power
of Attorney. If you have a Thai contact who is willing to sign a simple
statement sayng you reside at his residence, that is all we need. If you
use a foreign address, the Land Office requires that you have a Notary
Public authorize your signature. The Notary himself must provide a copy
of his license. The address has no significance on the lease. If you agree,
our office can also find a Thai address for you.
Contact details. Email, fax, phone, AND mailing address where we can contact
each of the persons to be on the lease. Normally we will send documents
by courier, so we also need the best address to send documents by courier
and the phone number at that address.
